Shipping Policy
All orders purchased on www.HillBillyBeverages.com will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.HillBillyBeverages.com it can be returned or exchanged for another item. Returns must be received by our company within 30 days of the original shipping date of the purchase. We do not except returns or exchanges that have been opened, sampled, altered, washed or worn.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight charges. Securely package your return item and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate on the back of the invoice the reason for the return and include your return or exchange instructions. Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. All approved refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number.
